The coaching relationship is a partnership.
The intent of this partnership is not only to get you from point A to point B in life, it’s to transform how you relate to the obstacles and opportunities along the path. In doing so, not only will you reach your goals faster, you will discover who you truly are and what you desire out of life.
Key to the success of our partnership is the assumption that you are capable and whole, and you are the expert in your own life.
For this reason, I do not tell you what to do or how to be. Rather, we engage in a process of discovery, working together to create fresh perspective, spark new possibilities and co-design a plan to move you forward in life with renewed energy and purpose.
How You Benefit
Imagine what it would be like to have an ally whose sole purpose is to see and believe in your full potential, while providing you with honest, yet compassionate feedback so that you can get out of your own way in life.
Sometimes it is hard to find people in our lives who can honestly hold us accountable, all while cheering us on and motivating us throughout the process. This is why coaching is a life-altering investment in creating positive change.
Through our coaching partnership you will have the opportunity to:
Gain clarity on what is most important to you
Build confidence, trust and an overall sense of well-being
Reveal obstacles and overcome road blocks
Discover new possibilities in your life
Create a vision of a future that inspires you
Design a plan with specific actions that will get you from where you are to the future you envision
Find peace and acceptance for that which you cannot control
How It Works
We both commit to a regular, one-hour weekly meeting, in person, via video conference, over the phone or a combination thereof.
You will identify a topic to explore each week and I will support you in digging deeper for revelations and answers. Together, we will co-design actions for you to execute between our sessions that support forward momentum in areas that you most desire change.
I ask that you commit to an initial three-month coaching engagement. My experience is that this commitment supports your engagement in the process, especially when confronted with the inherent discomfort that comes with change. During these times, you may feel like quitting or reverting back to old patterns of avoidance. Being able to break through these barriers together is a primary benefit of the coaching relationship and essential for you in unleashing your full potential.
The next step is to schedule a 1-hour Discovery Session with me where you will get to experience the power of coaching first hand, and explore whether we are a good coaching match.
Regardless of the direction we decide to take, you will come away with greater clarity and understanding of your goals and the obstacles that are holding you back from unleashing your full potential.
